WHAT DOES THE TRANSCRIPTION LOOK LIKE?

Multi Channel – AVANSER takes your call recording, and splits it in two. The calling party, and the answer point. Each channel is then transcribed separately. Transcriptions will then be presented in the call log separated by the calling, and called parties.  This gives you the ability to clearly understand who said what within a call.
