AVANSER’s online integration allows call data to be reported into DashThis. Calls resulting from a visit to a tracked website will appear within the dashboard through the use of an existing Google Analytics integration. AVANSER’s integration can be customised to include additional key information about the call, ready for reporting (contact us for a full list of data). Calls pushed into DashThis can also be selectively filtered, allowing the exclusion of calls that are not deemed relevant. The advantage of the AVANSER integration is having call data displayed alongside any other data sources, centralising all the data within the dashboard.
First, AVANSER needs to already be pushing call data to a Google Analytics account. Once that is set up, GA data can be imported into DashThis. AVANSER call data can then be displayed by filtering the GA data to only show AVANSER data. This allows AVANSER call information to be displayed directly within the DashThis dashboard.
