Scribe is the latest Call transcription product from AVANSER. AVANSER takes a call recording, passes it to an A.I. which then listens to the recording and transcribes everything said in the recording into text.
About AVANSER Scribe
There are 2 options for AVANSER Scribe:
- Multi Channel – (AVANSER recommended) – AVANSER takes your call recording, and splits it in two. The calling party, and the answer point. Each channel is then transcribed separately. Transcriptions will then be presented in the call log separated by the calling, and called parties. This gives you the ability to clearly understand who said what within a call.
- Single Channel – AVANSER transcribes your call as a single sound file. This means that the calling party and the answering party transcription is combined. You won’t be able to tell which party said what. Transcriptions will be displayed in one block of text in the call log.
Word Cloud – Scribe by AVANSER includes access to the AVANSER Word Cloud.
The Word Cloud provides really useful data points to indicate what is being said. At a quick glance you can see which words are being spoken most by your customers, and make business decisions based on this data.
