Job tasks and responsibilities

An exciting opportunity exists to set Melbourne on Fire by joining the leading company in  Telecommunications Solutions and Integrated Call Intelligence as a Business Partnerships Manager.

Joining an existing team, you will drive sales activities and the acquisition of new business by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships with SME’s and more ideally, reselling partners.  You will work with an Account Management Team, who will manage the ongoing client relationship to keep you free to hunt for new business.

To be successful in this role you must understand marketing drivers for businesses in both the SME space, as well as the professional services agencies that support them. Our offering helps businesses track the source of leads & enquiries, and allows them to assign a true ROI to their advertising and marketing efforts.  We bring very cool tech solutions that provide insight into Call Intelligence and Analytics for businesses of all sizes.

You will need to be driven to find new clients especially from partner relationships and take a consultative approach to designing the right solution for them.

Skills and experience

Your duties will include:

  • Transforming your Cold Desk to a Hot Pipeline through New business prospecting
  • Utilise your existing network to bring in new Call Intelligence & Tracking Solutions Partners
  • Developing and selling call tracking solutions to marketing professionals, SME’s and CEO’s
  • Face to Face presentation of our cloud solution
  • Developing multi product solutions to grow revenue from your existing client base as their needs mature

Essential Skills:

  • You are a Hunter!  You need a passion for sales, and the discipline to drive results
  • Activity Orientated.  You should know how to do the work that brings in business
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales Role with an existing network to start you running in this role.
  • The willingness to learn and implement best practice sales solutions
  • A good understanding of marketing basics.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to all levels of management & decision makers
  • Ability to work autonomously and self motivate – Head Office is in Sydney
  • Telco or Media Agency experience would be an added bonus but is not a requirement.
